Single Vehicle Vs. Palm Tree

This evening, Midway Fire Rescue untis were dispatched to the 600 block of Kings River Road for a vehicle accident with reports of a vehicle vs. a tree. Battalion Chief 83 responds immediatly with Engine 821, Ladder 831 and Medic 845 just behind the battalion chief. Battalion Chief 83 arrives on location confirming a single vehicle vs. a palm tree with all occupants out of the vehicle with no injuries setting up Kings River command. Command holds the incident to Engine 821 and Medic 845. Engine 821 confirms no hazards and with Medic 845 obtaining waivers from the occupants of the single vehicle. Command clears the incident minutes later, units were out for 30 minutes.
