Division Chief Bill Collins has served in the fire service for over forty years as both a Volunteer and Career firefighter. He retired from Georgetown County in July of 2020 after 27 years. He joined the Fire Marshal’s office at Midway Fire Rescue in August of 2020 as a Lieutenant working as the Fire Inspector / Investigator. He was promoted to the position of Division Chief / Fire Marshal in August of 2022. He holds certifications from the International Association of Arson Investigators as a Fire Investigation Technician and from the National Association of Fire Investigators as a Certified Fire and Explosives Investigator. He is a certified SC State Fire Marshal, ICC Fire Inspector and Plans Reviewer. He has also been an Instructor with the South Carolina Fire Academy since 2000.

Lieutenant Kallette served for 29+ years with the East Hartford Fire Department (CT), and retired as a Lieutenant. He is an International Code Council Certified Inspector 1 and South Carolina Certified Fire Marshal

Volunteer Fire Inspector
Rick Myers
Retired in 2000 after 25 years at the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau as Sr. VP of Sales & Service. Serving a total of 42 years in the convention and trade show industry, he also worked in the cities of New Orleans and Cleveland Ohio. Military service was with the US Coast Guard serving in port security and fire fighting. Currently lives in Litchfield CC with his wife Sue. Also works at Pawleys Island Supplies and is active with the US Coast Guard Auxiliary. Interests are "anything active and outdoors"
